Bill Morris
Our special guests brought to you from the USA include Bill Morris a legend in his hometown of Memphis, Tennessee and within the Civil Right movement. Bill and Elvis were close friends and associates, he became Elvis’ protector and confidante through Elvis’ respect for law
enforcement. Bill was the Sheriff of Shelby County, Tennessee, whilst Elvis was made a Special Deputy Sheriff. Bill Morris also served as Mayor of Memphis and was the driving force behind the founding of the Elvis Presley Trauma Centre, you will not want to miss meeting this
‘giant’ of a man in every sense.
Ann Moses
Another special guest is Ann Moses and whilst Ann’s name may not be instantly recognisable, her work will be including editing and writing for the iconic Tiger Beat and the New Musical Express. Ann was
present through many of Elvis’ career milestones, indeed she was there at the ‘68 Special, Elvis’ opening night at The International Las Vegas, on the set of Elvis’ last movie and appears in That’s The Way It Is. Ann’s stories take you back to the halcyon days of great music and legendary rock star.
